The Art & Industry Biennial Trust had funded a permanent public artwork ‘Flour Power’ by artist Regan Gentry for Chistchurch city as part of the 2008 Scape Christchurch Biennial. The catalogue showcases the artwork and gives insight into why it was selected to become part of the Christchurch landscape.
